Every order includes free standard shipping - no minimums, no surprises.
Most customers receive their order within 2–5 business days, depending on location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address will not be refunded. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

After an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

Refused or Returned Packages
